Does your deluxe double room toilet flush properly? Some reviews i read said there’s flushing problem.

Hi. In this case, you don't need to pay extra cost,however, there has one king sized bed only. Therefore, you might need extra bed which one mattress and blanket and there will be extra cost 20,000 won per day only for option. Thank you

Spacious and clean

The room and ensuites are so spacious and clean. Just that the bed heads are a little worn out. My 2 years old boy enjoyed so much playing water in the bath tub. The staffs are always helpful, very proactive and easy to communicate. Thank you so much. We will be surely back there.

Wonderful

For us, the strongest point of the hotel was the confortable and big room. Besides that, the staff was friendly and professional. I liked a lot our stay and and I can say that I found it to be excellent value for money.

The hotel is in a central area, which is good for getting to the train station or for staying between tourist attractions. It is important to say that this is not the most charming neighborhood in the city, such as those close to the beach. For our group it was worth it.

Good location, simple breakfast and affordable price. Will stay again

The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable without being too soft. The bathroom was also very big.

This accommodation was in a triple room with a plush sofa. Dust mites caused an allergic reaction and kept sneezing as soon as I entered the room.

The staffs are friendly and kind, they are willing to do their best to help us such as arrange the shuttle to the airport in early morning, order food delivery, especially thanks to the staff-A Lin who offered great assistance and so friendly. Will return again if we are back in Busan as long as their room prices remain competitive :)

I liked the little thoughts that the staff put into welcoming us. They prepared a gift with handwritten note knowing it's a birthday celebration trip. Service was superb. The check-out time is 11am (which is slightly earlier than many hotels i.e. 12pm), and it is chargeable if you need an extension, but they gave us complimentary late check-out for the birthday celebration. Also, room is clean and tidy :) Toilet is spacious and come with essential toiletries.

if I absolutely have to nitpick, it will be the quit cover which seem to trap heat.. not sure what it is make of, seems like there is some sort of plastic within and it got so hot that I woke up from the middle of my sleep 2 out of the 3 nights..

Perfect selection for this money, very clean, big space, big cool bathroom w bathtub, perfect location, nice beds. Staff is very nice as well. If i will be staying in Busan for 2-3 days, I'll stay here and would recommend to friends

One of the best and pleasant stay!

Property location is good, near Metro. Very spacious room and automated heater temperature is just right. Lastly, the staff are extremely helpful and polite making the entire stay an awesome one! I will definitely book with Browndot on my next visit.

Hotel Lobby is slightly small but overall acceptable as we have no reason to stay at lobby for a extended period of time.

The staff were very helpful and very friendly. They were very accommodating. The place is close to public transport and lots of shops, cafe and restaurants. We did like our stay there.

The place was hard to find. Though we took a taxi, the driver had to talk to the staff to find the hotel.

Very central, amazing room, excellent staff.

Best hotel we stayed in Seoul Staff and room were absolutely amazing Other hotels look more striking from the outside but Brown Dot on the inside is top notch Will absolutely return

Wifi was a bit iffy but was able to to jump onto another network easily; didn’t even tell the staff it was such a non issue
